Wholesale, OEM and Private Label
We are a manufacturer, not a reseller. If you sell jewellery, we can make it with you: your design or ours, your brand on it, from one prototype to a production run.
Last updated 22 October 2026
Who we work with
- Jewellery brands developing a new collection, private-label pieces or repeat production.
- Retailers sourcing finished jewellery for their own assortment.
- Wholesalers who need manufacturing behind a repeatable product line.
- Designers turning a reference or a concept into a piece that can actually be made.
- Online jewellery businesses without a workshop of their own.
- Diamond buyers sourcing laboratory-grown loose stones to a specification.
How a project runs
Send a reference image, a sketch or a product brief. You do not need a CAD file: we draw it.
- Reference. You send the requirement, in whatever form you have it.
- CAD development. We draw it in-house, around your specification.
- Prototype. A sample is made for your approval before anything goes into production.
- Production. Approved pieces are made under the same checks as our own.
- Branding. Private label, your logo and your packaging where you want them.
- Delivery. Final inspection, secure packing and international dispatch.
Quantities are flexible, and a single custom prototype is welcome. Tell us the volume you have in mind and we will tell you plainly what it costs to make.
What we manufacture
Rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, bangles, necklaces, tennis jewellery, bridal and men's jewellery, in 9K, 10K, 14K and 18K gold in yellow, white or rose, and in silver, rhodium-plated or gold-plated. We also set stones in custom watches, but we do not make watches.
Stones are laboratory-grown diamonds or moissanite. Moissanite is a different stone, and we never call it a diamond. Laboratory-grown main stones above 1 carat come with an IGI report.
Loose laboratory-grown diamonds
We also supply loose laboratory-grown diamonds, both from a ready stock list and cut to order in our own workshop: send the shape, size, colour, clarity and the report you need, and we come back with what we have in stock or can cut, and what it costs.
- Shapes: all the usual cuts; antique-style cuts such as old mine, old European and rose cut; fancy shapes such as kite, shield, hexagon, half moon and trapezoid; and cuts made to your drawing.
- Sizes: about 0.90 mm to 20 carats, depending on the shape.
- Melee sorted and calibrated to size, and matched pairs and layouts.
- Colour D to J and clarity IF to SI, with other grades sourced on request.
- Fancy colours on request.
Where we are, and where we ship
Everything is made in our own workshop in Surat, Gujarat, where the diamond is graded, the CAD is drawn, the metal is cast and the stone is set. We work with buyers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, the UAE and Europe, and ship internationally. We do not ship to Pakistan.
VIBHINI is a family business, founded on 14 November 2025 by brothers Nikunj and Vishrut Koshiya, on three generations of diamond manufacturing in Surat. You deal with us directly: Nikunj on sales and accounts, Vishrut on production.

Buying one piece for yourself? That is the shop, and the terms there are written for customers, not for trade. Trade orders are quoted and agreed in writing for each project.
Minimum order quantity (MOQ) and lead times
For trade, wholesale and private-label orders, VIBHINI's minimum order quantity (MOQ) is one piece. The CAD takes about 2 working days, a sample takes about 7 working days to make, and production takes about 15 working days, or about 20 working days for 100 pieces or more. Everything is made in our own workshop in Surat.
- Minimum order quantity (MOQ). One piece: a single custom prototype is welcome.
- CAD development. About 2 working days.
- Prototype (sample) for your approval. Made in about 7 working days.
- Production. About 15 working days; about 20 working days for 100 pieces or more.
White label, private label and moissanite for your brand
Private label means we make your own design, to be sold under your brand. White label means you choose from our existing designs and sell them under your brand. We do both.
- Private label. Your sketch, reference image or brief, developed into a CAD and a sample for your approval, then made under your brand.
- White label. Our existing designs, in the metal, colour and stone you choose, under your brand. Browse our rings, earrings, pendants, necklaces and bracelets, and send us the links to the designs you want. The prices and terms on those pages are written for shop customers, not for trade.
- Moissanite for your brand. The same service with moissanite in place of a laboratory-grown diamond. Moissanite is not a diamond, and we always call it moissanite.
Send your brief in one message
Tell us what you have, and we will reply with what it would take and what it would cost. A complete first message saves back-and-forth:
- Your business, your country and where the pieces will be sold.
- The design: a sketch, a reference image, a CAD file if you have one, or links to our designs.
- The metal and its colour, and laboratory-grown diamond or moissanite.
- The quantity per design, and the date you need the first pieces.
- Your branding: your logo and your packaging.
Then send it to us:
- Trade WhatsApp, with the message started for you: +91 84607 61366
- Email, with the subject filled in: info.vibhini@gmail.com
What trade buyers ask
- Will you sign an NDA? Yes. If your brand asks, we sign a non-disclosure agreement.
- Will you sell my design to anyone else? No. If the design is your own, we never sell it to anyone else.
- How are trade orders shipped abroad? Insured, with the export paperwork: a commercial invoice and a packing list.
- How do trade buyers outside India pay? By PayPal or by bank transfer.
For new labels, established brands and chain stores
We make jewellery for businesses at every stage: a new label with its first collection, or an established brand, retailer or chain store with repeat production.
If you are starting a label or making your first collection:
- Minimum order quantity (MOQ): one piece. You can start with a few designs and add more as they sell.
- Your design or ours. Your own design starts with a CAD we draw for you, then a sample. One of our existing designs needs no CAD or sample, and takes about 12 working days.
- No CAD file needed. Send a sketch, a reference image or a brief, and we draw the CAD in about 2 working days. The CAD is free, and we make the sample only once you approve the CAD.
- A sample before production. A sample is made for your approval in about 7 working days, before anything goes into production. Samples are charged.
- Production. About 15 working days, or about 20 working days for 100 pieces or more.
If you run an established brand, a group of shops or a chain store, all of the above applies to you as well, and:
- Repeat production. Once you approve a design, we can make it again for each new order, under the same checks as our own pieces.
- Consistency. Every order is made to the design you approved, and has a final inspection before it is packed and sent.
- Your stone specification. We set laboratory-grown diamonds to the colour and clarity you ask for; our own designs use E–F colour and VVS–VS clarity.
- Payment terms. For established companies, payment terms can be agreed.
For every trade buyer outside India, from a new label to a chain store: we quote in US dollars, and you pay part when you order and the rest before dispatch. Import duty and taxes in your country are paid by you on arrival. Our trade terms for buyers abroad set out all of this in one place, along with hallmarks and IGI reports.
Want one piece made for yourself, such as an engagement ring? That is a Bespoke commission, not a trade order. Comparing makers? Our guide to working with a laboratory-grown diamond jewellery manufacturer in Surat lists the questions to ask any of them.
