Shipping & Returns

Every piece travels insured, needs a signature on delivery and arrives in plain packaging. Here is how shipping, returns, refunds and cancellations work.

Where we ship

We ship across India and to other countries, except Pakistan, through Shiprocket and its courier partners.

How your piece travels

• Insured for its full value until it's delivered
• A signature is needed on delivery
• Plain outer packaging, with nothing on the box to suggest jewellery
• A tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way

When it ships

• Ready-to-ship pieces leave us within 7 working days of your order.
• Made-to-order pieces take about 15 days to make, counted from when you approve the design and your payment is confirmed. We'll confirm the time in your quote.
• After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 4 working days in India and 8 to 10 working days elsewhere. Couriers and customs can occasionally add time.

Shipping charges

Shipping within India is free. Shipping to any other country is a flat ₹7,500 (about US$80) per order, insured and signed for. Customs duty and import taxes are included in that and in the price you pay us, and we settle them — nothing further is payable when the parcel arrives.

Customs duty and import taxes on an overseas order are included in the price you pay us, and we settle them. Nothing further is payable when the parcel arrives. We declare every parcel at its true value.

Returning a piece

You can return any piece within 7 days of delivery, with its tag still attached.

• It should be unworn and as it arrived, with its tag attached and its original packaging, and its IGI report if it came with one.
• Contact us first and we'll tell you how to send it. You pay for the return shipping, and the parcel must be insured for the piece's full value.
• When it reaches us and passes inspection, we refund the price of the piece to your original payment method. International shipping charges aren't refunded.
• Customs duty we paid on an overseas order goes to that country and can't be recovered, so it isn't refunded.

Made-to-order pieces

A made-to-order piece is made for you alone, so making starts quickly. You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering and we refund everything you paid, with nothing deducted. After that your piece is on the bench and the order can't be cancelled — but once it reaches you, the 7-day return above applies just the same.

If something is wrong

If any piece, ready-to-ship or made-to-order, arrives damaged or defective, isn't as described or agreed, or reaches you later than the delivery date we gave you for reasons within our control, tell us and we will take it back and refund you in full, including the return shipping. This is your legal right, and nothing else in this policy limits it.

If the parcel looks damaged, please photograph it before opening. It helps with the insurance claim.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through PayU, or PayPal for payments from outside India. We start a refund within 7 working days of approving it; your bank may then take 5 to 7 working days to show it.

Cancelling an order

• Within 12 hours of ordering: cancel for any reason and we refund everything you paid, with nothing deducted.
• After 12 hours: your piece is being made and the order can't be cancelled. The 7-day return from delivery still applies.
