What is a laboratory-grown diamond?
It is grown in a laboratory rather than mined, with the same crystal structure as a mined diamond.
What is moissanite, and is it a diamond?
Moissanite is a different stone, and no, it is not a diamond. It costs less than a laboratory-grown diamond, and we always name it plainly on the piece you are looking at.
Does my piece come with a certificate?
A laboratory-grown main stone above 1 carat comes with an IGI report, in the box with your piece. Smaller stones don't carry individual reports, and moissanite isn't graded on those scales.
Do you sell mined (natural) diamonds?
Not from this website — every stone here is a laboratory-grown diamond or a moissanite. If you want a mined diamond we can source one on enquiry, with its own report, and we will always call it what it is.
What colour and clarity are your stones?
Every laboratory-grown diamond we set is E to F colour and VVS to VS clarity — the main stone and the smallest pavé stone alike. Moissanite is a different stone and isn't graded on those scales.
Which metals can I choose?
Silver, rhodium-plated or gold-plated, or 9K, 10K, 14K or 18K gold in yellow, white or rose. The colour doesn't change the price.
Is the gold hallmarked?
Our 9K, 14K and 18K gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked: look for the BIS mark, the purity and a six-digit HUID code, which you can check in the BIS CARE app. BIS doesn't hallmark 10K gold, so our 10K pieces don't carry a hallmark.
Why does the price change?
It follows the day's gold rate, and the metal and stone you pick. Each choice is priced separately, so the figure on the page is the figure for the piece you have chosen.
What does the "From" price mean?
It is the lowest price that design is made at, usually in silver with moissanite. Choose your metal and stone on the piece's page to see its exact price, GST included.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. Every price includes GST, and each piece's page shows how much of it is GST.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Your GST invoice is sent when your piece is dispatched, with the tracking link. The email you receive when you pay is a receipt for the payment.
How long will it take?
About 15 days to make, then 3 to 4 working days to reach you in India, and 8 to 10 working days elsewhere.
Is delivery free?
Yes, across India: insured, signed for and in plain packaging, in 3 to 4 working days once your piece is made. Abroad it is a flat ₹7,500 (about US$80) per order, with duties included, and takes 8 to 10 working days.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, everywhere except Pakistan, including the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, the UAE and the EU. Delivery is a flat ₹7,500 (about US$80) per order, insured and signed for. Customs duty and import taxes are included, so there is nothing to pay when the parcel arrives. See Shipping & Returns.
How do I find my ring size?
Rings are made in US 6.5, bracelets 6.5 inches long and necklaces 16 inches long, and the prices shown are for those sizes. Any other size is made on request and quoted separately: send it with your request, or ask us and we'll help you measure. We confirm it with you before making starts.
Can a ring be resized later?
Yes, and it's free for as long as you own it, up to one size larger or smaller than the size we made it. Beyond that it's a paid alteration, quoted first. You pay the shipping both ways, and some eternity bands, set with stones all the way round, can't be resized at all. Earrings and pendants aren't made to a size, so resizing doesn't apply to them — the free polishing does. See Resizing & Care.
Can I cancel or return?
You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering and we refund everything, with nothing deducted. After that your piece is being made, so it can't be cancelled — but you can return it within 7 days of delivery, with the tag still attached.
Anything faulty, not as described, or late for reasons within our control is taken back and refunded in full, including the return shipping.
Will I see it before it's sent?
Yes. We photograph every finished piece and send you the picture before it's dispatched — your actual piece, not the one on the website.
Will you polish or re-plate it later?
Polishing is free for as long as you own the piece, silver or gold. Re-plating is free on gold; on silver we charge the cost of the plating. Either way you pay the shipping both ways, and these services are for the original purchaser. See Resizing & Care.
What warranty do I get?
Every piece has a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, from the date of delivery. We repair or replace it free of charge and pay the shipping both ways. It doesn't cover normal wear, accidental damage, loss or work done by others. See Resizing & Care.
How do I pay?
In full when you order, through a secure PayU payment link. Your card details go straight to PayU and never touch our website. From outside India, we send a PayPal link instead, in your own currency. See Terms of Sale.
Can I visit you?
By appointment, at our office (A406, R.J.D. Business Hub, Nagina Wadi, Katargam, Surat) or by video call. Book by email or WhatsApp.
Can you make a design that isn't on the site?
Yes. Send us the design and we'll tell you what's possible, what it costs and how long it takes.
Do you make jewellery for other brands?
