This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have.

Who we are
VIBHINI, A406, R.J.D. Business Hub, Nagina Wadi, Katargam, Surat 395004, Gujarat, India, decides how your personal information is used. For any privacy question or request, write to our grievance officer, Nikunj, at info.vibhini@gmail.com.
What we collect
- What you tell us: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, ring size, design preferences, and anything you write to us by email or WhatsApp.
- Pictures you attach: if you send us a photograph, a sketch or a PDF with an enquiry, we keep it with that enquiry so we can answer you and make your piece. It is never published, and we delete it once it is no longer needed.
- Your orders: what you bought, what you paid, and delivery tracking.
- Reviews: if you review a piece, we publish your rating, your words, your first name and initial, your city and any photos you add. We keep the review for as long as it is published, and remove it completely if you ask.
- Payments: PayU handles payments in India and PayPal handles payments from outside India. We learn whether a payment succeeded, never your full card number.
- Visits: like any website, the servers that deliver our pages record your IP address and browser details, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We also count page views, where visitors come from, the kind of device (phone, tablet or computer) and taps on buttons such as WhatsApp, using our own counter and Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies and without recording who you are.
Why we use it
- To make, ship and look after your order, including made-to-order pieces
- To answer enquiries and arrange design appointments
- To keep the invoices and records the law requires
- To prevent fraud and keep our site secure
- To send you news and offers, only if you've asked for them. You can stop them at any time.
Who we share it with
- PayU and PayPal, to take your payment
- Shiprocket and its courier partners, to deliver your order
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website
- Google, for our email, and WhatsApp, if you message us there
- Google Fonts and cdnjs, which receive your IP address when they deliver the fonts and code our pages use
- Tax authorities, auditors or courts, when the law requires it
We never sell your personal information.
Where it's processed
Some of these providers process information outside India, under their own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
- Orders, invoices and payment records: for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires
- Enquiries that don't lead to an order: 1 month after we last spoke
- Your marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct, update or erase your personal information, withdraw consent you've given, and nominate someone to act for you. If you live in the EU or UK, the GDPR also lets you object to or restrict our use of your information, take a copy with you, and complain to your data protection authority.
To make a request, email info.vibhini@gmail.com. We acknowledge requests within 48 hours. Some records, such as tax invoices, we must keep even if you ask us to delete them.
Keeping it safe
Our site is served over encrypted HTTPS, and card payments stay with PayU or PayPal.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy first.
Children
Our site isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information about children.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
