Custom Laboratory-Grown Diamond Rings and Jewellery

Bring a drawing, a photograph or an idea, and we will make it with you: an engagement ring or another ring, earrings, a pendant, a necklace or a bracelet. VIBHINI is a family jewellery house in Surat, India, where third-generation jewellers make laboratory-grown diamond and moissanite jewellery to order, for customers and brands.

What you can bring us

Send a photograph of a piece you have seen, a sketch, or a photograph of a ring you own as a reference. A picture helps more than any description. Tell us what you would change and the date you need it by, and we will say honestly whether that date is possible. For a ring we also need the size: see how to find your ring size at home.

How a commission works

• You send it, on WhatsApp, by email or through our enquiry form.
• We tell you what is possible, what it would cost and how long it would take, before you commit to anything.
• We design it with you, and you approve the CAD. We draw your piece as a CAD, a precise digital design, and send it to you to check, virtually or in Surat. Nothing is made until you approve it, and the design costs you nothing. We then agree in writing the design, size, stones, price and making time.
• You pay, and we make it. You pay in full through a secure payment link. Your piece takes about 15 days to make, counted from when you approve the design and your payment is confirmed. We'll confirm the time in your quote.
• You see it before it goes. We photograph your finished piece and send you the picture before it is dispatched. If something isn't as you expected, that is the moment to say so.
• It travels insured for its full value. Delivery usually takes 3 to 4 working days in India and 8 to 10 working days elsewhere. Couriers and customs can occasionally add time: see Shipping & Returns.

Stones, grades and metal

You choose a laboratory-grown diamond or moissanite, which is a different stone, not a diamond. Every laboratory-grown diamond we set is E to F colour and VVS to VS clarity, from the centre stone to the smallest stone in a pavé. A laboratory-grown main stone above 1 carat comes with an IGI report; smaller stones don't come with individual reports.

The metal is silver, rhodium-plated or gold-plated, or 9K, 10K, 14K or 18K gold in yellow, white or rose. Our 9K, 14K and 18K gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked. Want a mined diamond instead? We can source one on enquiry, with its own report.

If something isn't right

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, isn't as described or agreed, or reaches you later than the delivery date we gave you for reasons within our control, tell us and we will take it back and refund you in full, including the return shipping. This is your legal right.

The pictures you send, and the designs we already make

If you attach a photograph, a sketch or a PDF to an enquiry, we keep it with that enquiry so we can answer you and make your piece. It is never published, and we delete it once it is no longer needed: see our Privacy Policy.
