If you sell jewellery and want laboratory-grown diamond pieces made for you, the first decision is who actually makes them. Many suppliers buy finished pieces from someone else and resell them; a manufacturer draws, casts and sets the piece in its own workshop. That difference decides how much you can change, how quickly a question gets a straight answer, and who stands behind the quality.

Why Surat

Surat is where most of India's laboratory-grown diamonds are cut and polished. A manufacturer there can grade the stones, draw the design, cast the metal and set the stones under one roof, which keeps the chain between your brief and the finished piece short.

How a project runs

Reference. You send the requirement in whatever form you have it: a reference image, a sketch or a product brief. You don't need a CAD file.
CAD development. The design is drawn in-house, around your specification.
Prototype. A sample is made for your approval before anything goes into production.
Production. Approved pieces are made under the same checks as our own.
Branding. Private label, your logo and your packaging, where you want them.
Delivery. Final inspection, secure packing and international dispatch.

What to ask any manufacturer

Do you make it yourself? Ask where the CAD is drawn, where the metal is cast and where the stones are set.
Will I approve a prototype first? A sample before production is how you find out what a drawing can't show you.
What grade are the stones? Ask for the colour and clarity in writing, and which stones come with a gem report.
How is the gold marked? In India, 9K, 14K and 18K jewellery is hallmarked by BIS; ask whether yours will be.
How will the stones be described? In India, IS 19469:2025 requires a laboratory-grown diamond to be called that in full, and the US Federal Trade Commission's jewellery guides also require a laboratory-grown stone to be clearly described as one. Moissanite is a different stone and should never be sold as a diamond.
What does it cost, in writing? A quote should say what is included before you commit.

What VIBHINI makes

Rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, bangles, necklaces, tennis jewellery, bridal and men's jewellery, in 9K, 10K, 14K and 18K gold in yellow, white or rose, and in silver, rhodium-plated or gold-plated. We also set stones in custom watches. Stones are laboratory-grown diamonds or moissanite. For a trade order we set laboratory-grown diamonds to the colour and clarity you ask for; our own designs use E–F colour and VVS–VS clarity. Laboratory-grown main stones above 1 carat come with an IGI report. Our 9K, 14K and 18K gold is BIS hallmarked, except on trade orders shipped abroad, which are hallmarked only if you ask. BIS doesn't hallmark 10K gold.

Loose laboratory-grown diamonds

We also supply loose laboratory-grown diamonds, both from a ready stock list and cut to order in our own workshop: send the shape, size, colour, clarity and the report you need, and we come back with what we have in stock or can cut, and what it costs.

We work with buyers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, the UAE and Europe, and ship internationally, except to Pakistan.

VIBHINI is a family business, founded on 14 November 2025 by brothers Nikunj and Vishrut Koshiya, on three generations of diamond manufacturing in Surat. Minimum order quantity (MOQ) and lead times

For trade, wholesale and private-label orders, VIBHINI's minimum order quantity (MOQ) is one piece. The CAD takes about 2 working days, a sample takes about 7 working days to make, and production takes about 15 working days, or about 20 working days for 100 pieces or more.

The CAD is free. We make the sample only once you approve the CAD. Samples are charged. If you order one of our existing designs, it needs no CAD or sample and takes about 12 working days.

We make for established brands, retailers and chain stores, including repeat production and larger runs, and for new labels starting with a single piece per design.

Your design, shipping and payment

Confidentiality. If your brand asks, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
Your design stays yours. If the design is your own, we never sell it to anyone else.
Shipping abroad. Trade orders travel insured, with the export paperwork: a commercial invoice and a packing list. Import duty and taxes in your country are paid by you on arrival.
Payment from outside India. We quote in US dollars. You pay part when you order and the rest before dispatch, by PayPal or by bank transfer. For established companies, payment terms can be agreed.
