Making
About 15 days, counted from your approval and payment. Cancel within 12 hours of ordering and we refund everything you paid, with nothing deducted.
Delivery
We check and pack the piece, then dispatch it. Delivery takes 3–4 working days in India or 8–10 abroad, insured and signed for.
Delivery, returns and care
- Returns and cancelling
- You can return any piece within 7 days of delivery, unworn and with its tag still attached; you pay the return shipping. Cancel within 12 hours of ordering and we refund everything you paid, with nothing deducted; after that your piece is being made and the order can't be cancelled. If it arrives damaged or defective, isn't as agreed, or is late for reasons within our control, we take it back and refund you in full, including the return shipping. Shipping & Returns
- Delivery
- Once your piece is made, delivery takes 3–4 working days in India, or 8–10 abroad. Delivery is free within India. Every parcel is insured, needs a signature on delivery and arrives in plain packaging.
- Warranty and servicing
- 6 months against manufacturing defects: we repair or replace the piece and pay the shipping both ways. After that, polishing stays free for as long as you own it, and you pay the postage. Re-plating is free on gold; on silver it's charged at the cost of the plating. These services are for the original purchaser.
