Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging. Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
